费用怎么算？
取决于房子和服务范围；布置费用单独、提前报价。做决定之前，完整的收支（包括我们的费用）都会摆在您面前。
我们适合合作吗？
适合：市中心公寓、大楼允许短租，而且您希望房子被好好布置、专业运营，而不是原样挂出去。
不适合：大楼禁止短租（我们报价前会核实，绝不绕开规定），或者您需要保底租金。我们不提供保底；提供保底的，已经把这份风险算进了您的收益里。
合同期多长？
期限和解约通知期在签约前写清楚。我们希望合作是因为值得，而不是因为被合同绑住。
我自己还能住吗？
可以。锁定日期即可，我们配合安排。如果占用的是旺季，我们会提前提醒。
住客损坏物品谁负责？
我们筛选住客、在平台允许时收取押金，并在每次入住之间记录房屋状况。之后还有平台保障和您的保险；签约前我们会讲清楚每一层各管什么。
执照和市政规定怎么处理？
我们负责登记、按您房子的上限追踪入住晚数，并为每笔预订代缴市政住宿税。
由您负责：资格条件（取决于房子的使用方式和居住人）；公寓管理规约；告知您的保险公司和贷款方。
双方分工在签约前写进合同。我们不是律师或会计师，需要专业意见时会直说。
