Performance figures
Figures describe homes we manage, over the period shown. They are historical, not a forecast or a guarantee for your unit.
- Rating: average of public guest reviews; homes without reviews are left out.
- Occupancy: nights sold as a share of nights open for booking.
- Compared with a long-term lease: net to the owner on both sides, over a full year.
- Revenue estimator: what comparable nearby listings earned over the past year, gross, before fees and costs.

Nothing here is legal, tax, insurance or investment advice. Toronto rules, condominium by-laws and your mortgage or lease may apply; get your own advice.
Use of the site
