We collect only what you type into the inquiry form, and use it only to reply to you. We don't sell personal information.
What we collect
- What you enter in the inquiry form: name, email, phone (optional), the unit's address and details, and any notes.
- Aggregate visit statistics from cookie-free analytics. They can't identify you.
- Standard server logs (IP address, time, page, browser), kept by our hosting provider for security.
This site sets no cookies and runs no advertising trackers. Guest bookings are covered by the booking platform's own policy, not this page.
Why
To assess your unit and reply to you. We rely on your consent under PIPEDA, given when you send the form. No mailing lists.
Who else sees it
Only the service providers that run the site: hosting, the form service, address lookup (it receives only what you type in the address field) and web fonts (your IP address when a page loads). Some may process data outside Canada, including in the United States. We disclose information to authorities only where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
If we work together, for the relationship plus seven years. If not, 24 months. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw consent. Email [email protected]; we reply within 30 days, free of charge. You can also complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at priv.gc.ca.

This site is not directed at anyone under 18. If this policy changes, we update the date above.
